Below are just a few of our representative commercial projects.

PMR’s expert craftsmen gave a facelift to the circa 1896 historic limestone Vanderbilt Mansion. Our team cleaned the base of the building, disassembled four portico bases and steps, and replaced the concrete substructure. With a goal of being as eco-friendly as possible, portions were rebuilt using both salvaged and new limestone.

PMR spruced up the exterior of the Nugent Senior Apartments by removing graffiti and cleaning the façade. Our expert craftsmen also replaced bricks, repaired terracotta, and repointed bricks of this age-restricted community, which is housed in a 19th century historic Chateauesque building in Philadelphia’s Morton neighborhood.

The PMR team implemented several water repellant tactics to weatherize Magee Hospital in Philadelphia. We repointed all brick masonry around the upper floor to the roof. Our expert craftsmen also cut out and replaced sealant in all parapet coping stones.
